RTL Belgium SA

RTL Belgium SA is a service provider for RTL BELUX SA & CIE SECS (hereinafter “RTL Belux”), a company majority-owned by CLT-UFA SA and a provider of audio-visual media services based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. It is active in the field of producing and managing national and international television programmes, specifically on the French-speaking Belgian market.

RTL Belgium SA is in charge of completing technical and production services in connection with the RTL Belux television channels, the first of which, RTL-TVi, is the undisputed leader on the French-speaking market, partly due to the great success of its televised news programmes.

In 1995, a second television channel is born, Club RTL, which is made up of three main segments today: RTL Sport, Kidz RTL for children and the broadcast of major series and event films.

In 2004, PLUG TV completes the group’s portfolio of television channels: the tone is quirky, lifestyle-focused and at the cutting edge of new trends.

At the end of 2014, RTL-TVi news changes its name to RTL info. The concept is completely rethought, both at in terms of image and the production and editorial processes. A 14-meter-long panoramic screen dominates the RTL info studio. The coordination of  the different trades that work to create the news show is ensured by the MOSART automated control system.

The RTLinfo.be website is a fully-fledged media outlet, coordinated by a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.

RTL Belgium questions itself, innovates, and embraces human and technological challenges: the secret of leadership.
